Has anybody ran this body?

Or have you seen one?

This one looks really cheap, but is it that bad?
I was thinking about trying it, it looks pretty close to a Marder type body. I know it's gonna be cheap and poorly constructed at 55 bucks, but has anyone ever tried it? How crappy is it?

How about this one?
http://www.jhchobby.com/ecommerce/s...050480-car-body-for-1-5-model-053210-use.html Its 20 bucks more, but is it worth the money? I have no idea where to find a Marder-type body. I would prefer an original, but they are about impossible to find for sale.

I mean hacking up one of these beauties to put on a pipe wouldn't hurt my feelings, but hacking up the body that I have now would be a shame.

Thanks,
Trip..

You know what's funny, go to Google and type this in, "Firehammer buggy pics" (don't include the quotation marks)

...On the right is my buggy, but it's not even a Firehammer, nor does it have anything to do with a Firehammer... technically I have a Mutilator 6...

Strange.

That's because you put Marder in the post with the photo. The traveler, spider and firehammer bodies I thought were practically the same. The Marder is a better plastic but way more $. For 55 I would try out the traveler one. I know there were some clear ones on ebay a while ago for sale too.

Or you caould start a fiberglass project. ;)

Yup, I've seen that one many times! I'm going on road now I think. A 911 GT2 painted with one of these. Marderinthesnow145.jpg
will look much better than that crusty Spider body!

Thanks!
