Default New rally car arrived

Thanks to the great guys over at Largescale RC my new MCD rally car showed up the other day. I've been working on it for a couple days now, I still got to put the front bumper on and do a few minor things but all in all it's coming along nicely.

The only real thing I'm having trouble figuring out is what color I want to paint the body. I've been sampling different colors the last 2 days and nothing is catching my eye. I was going do red but been there done that kinda thing,.....but I still like some sorta green but not quite sure, obviously I'm going to torcher myself thinking about this.

Well I done working on it for today, be back at it again tomorrow, hope you like the pics.

Thank you sir for the compliment, its funny you mention those colors because I way laying in bed this morning and I was wondering how good a green car would look with a silver stripe. Just might try that.

I've got the Peugeot body for it, its the 510mm, the more and more I look at the body the more I'm liking it.

I managed to get the car started yesterday, didn't drive it just started it and all I can say is WOW! That pipe is going to be amazing I think, great response and not to mention great sound.

There is acutally quite a bit of room between the pipe and the tank. The only thing I'm going to have to do is cut some of the stinger off because it's rubbing on the side of the body, I kinda wish the stinger was pointing down like the pro pipe but I think it will be fine.

If I'm not mistaking don't you have one of these pipes on a MCD MT? Killer truck man!!

Yes and no, I did run it but only for a couple of minutes to check a few things out, trying to work the bugs out. I can really tell this thing is going to scream, I can't wait.
