Haha first of all let me tell you that even i thought the baja was not going to move with the rocket on the back. But i'm serious, that without that brick the baja moves about 1 foot forward. Theres a differance from moving a 30 pound baja from a stop 1 foot, or moving it while its in motion. It takes maybe 10 times more power to move it from a stop, than to boost it while its in motion. So I'm telling you guys, than if your in motion, and you use this rocket, it is a great boost. I have tried it out, its just amazing how you can feel the boost while driving.

My point is, that if the rocket can move the 30 pound baja forward about a foot from stop, then it can give it a massive boost while driving. Theres a lot more friction involved to get the baja started moving and takes much more force. But when you try the rocket while driving, its just amazing. Believe me, i've done it and its undescribable how good it feels, but there is a boost and you will see it if and when you buy the kit. Thanks

And also if any of you are worried about damage being done to your baja, let me tell you there won't be any damage done. Building and assembling this whole rocket system, for the rocket mount, I first used alluminum alloy to build it. Then, when I ignited it, the rocket got so hot that it melted the alloy and my baja caught fire. Then, that made me think. I started making my new rocket mounts out of 1/4 inch thick galvanized steel plates. No way rockets going to go through this. The steel plates work very affectivly, because even after I fire the rocket, the mount stays cool to the touch. The second after you fire it, you can go touch it all around and you will see that it is as cool as you left it. The steel is so thick, that just by the rocket going off, theres no heat transfer at all to your baja. And the mount is topped off with high quality paint which I use an airbrush to paint it to your custom color choice to match your baja when you get it. I can also do an engraving on the mount. As you see in the video, I just put a regular spektrum sticker on my mount. But if you want, I can get it engraved also to match your baja. This rocket kit will turn any regular baja, into a super baja. Your choice if you want to buy it or not, but just saying it will give a boost, and its made so high quality that no damage will be done to your baja. Thanks

And also my baja has plenty upgrades on it causing it to be heavy. Just my rims add a lot of weight to my baja. Not counting the alloy rear wing, all the extra nos system parts, the extra second reciever i put into it, and everything else. If your baja is all stock, im sure this rocket will push it even more than a foot from stop, and add a greater effect while driving. The only way to feel the affect while driving, is to install the kit and feel it yourself, of if you want to come locally and see for yourself, im more than happy to help you.

And on ebay, what you get is the complete rocket system. You get a 9v battery, wires, the alligator clips, the custom colored of your choice rocket mount, the servo, the switch, the swith mount, the servo mount, black tubing for your wires like i had in the video, you also get some tie straps.... ect. I can go on listing everything but thats as much as I could think of off the top of my head. I can also help anyone install if you live near by. Thanks :)

lol without the brick my baja moves forward.... unless i take a video while driving, which i cant do by myself

Why should a metal tube get hot, when they/I use these engines in model rockets made by paper and cardboard? You can fire off these engines without it installed in anything, and because of the thick paper walls it wont get hot a all.

Maximum Lift Wt. - Oz.: 12.0
Maximum Lift Wt. - g: 340
Maximum Thrust - Newtons: 25.0
Maximum Thrust - Lbs.: 5.6
Thrust Duration - Sec.: 2.8

NAAA, I don't buy it! Make a video of it without the brick!

That was one expensive kit, and no pictures of the parts or it installed in the Baja

Theres no pictures because theres a youtube video of the parts on the baja. And the tube does get hot. Try holding it while its ignited, then you'll see whats hot and whats not. The rockets have fire resistant material on them, thats why they do not catch fire. But they do get hot. Its just that by the time they parachute back down, they are cooled off. Any more reasoning you would like to do?

And if you want a video without the brick, I'll get you a video without the brick just to make you feel warm and fuzzy inside.

please do, while your at it why not show a pic of the back end of that baja with the wing so we know what you are talking about?

sorry but i don't think your going to make me warm and fuzzy,i get the feeling that this will fizzle out, since i get the feeeling i know what this kit consist's of and it's not worth $199 starting bid, keep in mind gents thats a starting bid not the sale price,
so please add the video where you move a whole 12"

Not hot enough to melt metal. On the outside of the tube that is.
Why don't the model rocket burn up in air, if it melts metal on ground?

I would like to see a picture of the inside of the Baja, where the ignite mechanism sit! All it should take is a 9v battery, a servo and some wiring that touch when you engage the servo.

Metal tube
Servo
9v Battery
Some Wire
Alligator clips
And a switch if you would like to complicate it.

You can get this at your local hardware store for under 20 dollars + a servo.
Maybe you need to make up a servo tray.

It's not that I don't like people to come up with new things, it's just that I don't like to be taken for a fool.

I'm not taking you nor anyone as a fool. The parts first of all cost wayy more than $20. And second of all, it takes a whole 2-4 days to make the mounts for the servo and the switch and the rocket out of scratch raw materials.. So if you really think its $20 plus a servo, go make one yourself, if its that easy.

This is a picture of the back end where the rocket is inside and connected by the alligator clips and is ready to fire from my spektrum DX3R radio system.

Look if you guys do not want to buy, do not buy it. I don't need you guys telling me your life stories here. Just posted a pic of it to let everyone see, posted a video, and the kits on ebay. Want it, buy it. Don't want it, don't buy it. Thats it. I already did enough explaining.

And I would like to buy that bottle rocket off of you ;)

trade you a bottle rocket setup for a rocket setup.........lol........All the guys are saying here is we all know alot about the hobby and we arent going to spend 200 bucks on a system that pretty much just shoots a flame out, also no support or warranty. These guys have been in the hobby a long time and seen alot of stuff, Just don't try to push it on people.

Haha whats not cool about shooting a flame out of the back of your baja? Makes everyone go wow whoevers watching. And if they have been in the hobby for a long time, and its that easy, let them build it themselves. And what do you mean no support or warrenty? I said I'll even install it myself if you live close. And i can help with anything you need to install it or if anything goes wrong....

im just stating why they are giving you so much crap about it, I could careless either way to be honest......I think they are being so harsh for the simple fact that your first post on the site was trying to sell a homemade product, Just my .02
