I know others will differ in their opinion but the stock air filter is fine.

Just make sure you keep it oiled.

I'm assuming yours came with the same 2 stage foam one that mine did

My car isn't hear yet. The order from DDM will be here tomorrow. Due to the holiday weekend, the car won't be here till sometime next week.

For the steering servo

For the throttle servo

I have the throttle servo and it works great on the stock battery. To make response time even faster, upgrade to a 2s lipo on 7.4 volts

You can also get this to help distribute power to both servos, receiver, and kill switch

And my order from DDM is here :D

Man that jetpro pipe is huge! And totally sick looking. And the wal to carb is tiny. For some reason i expected it to be bigger. Lol.

Someone posted same question on another forum. Findings was you can't really tell the difference. I went with the 236.

You'll love that pipe

You'll have to cut down an allen key to get the bolt in the left side

Not enough room behind the bend for a normal size one

Pulled the trigger on the following from DDM990 modified carb

Jetpro rear pipe

8K clutch

Tank vent kit

Tall intake manifold
Noobie question: can you tell me what advantages you get from the clutch, the vent kit and the manifold? :)

8k clutch let's the clutch start to grab in higher rpm. Higher rpm is where make more power. Stops it from lugging off the line. The vent makes it less likely to cause a vacuum on tank from high fuel demand. Driving it hard for long time. If you cause vacuum it will cause engine to lean out and cause damage or just make it very hard to tune engine. Run very erratic. Manifold length plays into power curve of engine. Has to do with velocity and air momentum. But long of short longer intake runners give more low end power and shorter give higher rpm power.

@Jonny5 Old post. Ice_2k is a veteran now. That's was one of is newb questions when he was starting back in 2015.

@Ice_2k Wonder where he has been?

Ya I realised that after I sent. Didn't realise it was that old. Was going to try to delete it but figured someone who didn't know might run into it and maybe learn something. Sorry guys. Lol.
