hey all,
here is a photo of my GLD Grand National....i raced this car from 1991-1995...

What size engine? plus how fast will it go? one more..... any vids??

i built the car back in 1991, along with six others. they sold for $2500.00 back in the day, and came with quick change rears. i have some videos, but not on the PC sorry...
the car has a 23cc zenoah two stroke, and ran @ 70mph....

it is an 1/6 scale.
the engine is an trevor simson 29cc ,reed case
the flywheel. 50 grams lighter.
it has een lauterbacher 3 shoe alu
elcon helical gears.
psp hydro lick rear brake
and an elcon air brake, on the front brakes
the exhaust is an RN fatpower(from rntuning.nl)

the air brakes are braking fine. without blocking the wheels..
it cost a view ours to assemble al the part together.
just take your time for it ..

That car stands you about £3-4.2. Elcon pneumatics,Trevor simpson head(what the rest of motor is like,probably reed)Elcon alloy................I will add to this.

the air brakes are braking fine. without blocking the wheels..
it cost a view ours to assemble al the part together.
just take your time for it ..

Elcon air brakes do a full 360 DEG on braking ..Who are you????

gonna have to say this........(cant,I'll be banned ).......Jeeze thats nice! You have run the tyres but the rest hasnt been run unless you strip and clean it!

trevor simpson reed case.
trevor simpson 29cc cylinder
trevor simpson ported piston
an full 1 mm longer crank shaft
50 grams lighter flywheel
walbro wt 813 carburettor..

if have some pics from the cylinder inside..
