Looking for opinions on cheapie lipos you guys have used with success. I've been stocking up on 2s lipo's for the kids. Bought some used ones of Ebay with good success, both name brand and no name. Decided to buy new from now on but don't want to shell out $100 a pack if you know what I mean. What no namers have you guys used with good success(like the Flourion and Turnigy etc)? Not opposed to no names. Just don't know what's a good name aside from the likes of Maxamps or Checkpoint, etc.

Turnigy, valuehobby.com, spcracing.com, blue lipo, rhino, gensacearespammers.....zippy. There's a lot of em' out there. Just stick with over 30C rate and 5000mah ratings and you should be good unless running a super hot setup!

Most of the time I got a temp gun whenever charging cheap lipos, the usual signs, ballooning, heat, or sometimes the sudden notice the battery is charged after a minute or so.

Turnigy Nano-tech... and if they fit in your truck, the airsoft batteries every now and then on sale.

Recently purchased a B-grade, and seems to be working fine.

Keep em charged halfway during storage, about 3.70 to 3.80, never fully charged 4.17 and above per cell. I use a ammo box when not in use, its air tight sealed.

I bought them a few weeks ago, the only thing I have done is discharge/charge cycle them. They all charged a healthy 3.18/3.19 per cell.

But have not tried them, the Feiyue Desert buggy rear diff just reached end of life, so I have been unable to test with good run times. The batteries do not heat up at all, they don't balloon, as soon as I get a few running cycles, will report with findings.
