Hi yes i have used these. They have a one way bearing on the main gear off the fly wheel. They also tend to crack the fly wheel as they over tighten the cheaply casted metal onto its m2 taper shaft. Unit its self works fine. 26cc 30cc motors. Never had one of these units stat a32cc or larger motor yet to slow. Unit is fun but if you plan on getting it wet. Your going to spend money for new cut off system and esc. Neither are water proof. Buy the parts but not electronics in part kits if you try it. I drill a hole in nut adapter on mine and put a bolt through it so it lines up with a starter tooth the old pull start used to stop the fly wheel cracki g issue. Used them on 4 mototrs now. Not dirt friendy. They work but cool factor100% the function factor 50% your better off with goot pull start or a drill starter from troybuilt with kits to use it. Alot less chaos. If you want lots bling and wallet pains its for you lol

Ps i use 1/8 scale 1600kv motors and a 14.4 lipo on mine. Water proof with 4amp bec out to power rest car . 9 tanks gas is nice one pack 1400mha . The crappy brushed 880 or w/e it was got filed first time tried it. Was worthless diny even spin that 30cc motor up. Anf there is a plate sold ebay aldo fits redcat setup as well insteD of orange obe with 3 holes to mount your starting motor over the electronics box and comes with 260t belt

Sorry about typos, damn auto correct on my tablet is causing me cause wont turn off! Hope you got what mean!

The roto starts a better option?
Just sick of getting blisters.(and lazy haha)
Motor is tuned nicely but have given it extra compression so can be fairly hard to pull chord.

Hi all
I am very interested in roto start system, can anyone one point in a direction for information on these?
