Hi all.
Having a problem with my Baja it is fitted with the Zenoah G320RC engine, was running fine until today, then when I try and pull the engine over it is solid, so removed spark plug and turns freely with plenty of compression when you place finger over plug hole.
Soon as you put plug back in it is solid can’t pull over.
Any advice would be very helpful
Many thanks

Sounds like liquid lock. When an engine is full of fuel it cant be compressed. pull plug turn over briskly and see if any raw gas comes out of plug hole. make sure engine kill is in operation first. See if spark plug electrode is bent. if rod goes bad it can cause piston to come too far up and hit plug or head and lock also.

Easier way is to spray a bit of starter fluid in through the air filter.
That'll get her started and clean her out.
No need to worry about lube as if it's flooded there'll be plenty in there.

Starting fluid only helps start the engine. He said it was solid and won't turn over.

check your Ignition Coil (Aka spark plug cable )gap between your fly wheel if the gap is not right it will be hard to pull that means the little magnets are to close together there are magnets on the flywheel and on the bottom of the ignition coil and if they are touching or not properly space it makes it really hard to pull so that needs to be space appropriately you can use a business card to do that also your Ignition Coil (aka spark plug cable) also your screws that attach your Ignition Coil to your top head cylinder they probably worked them self lose make sure they are tight but don’t over tighten them, I hope this can help in some way

If it was the coil it would be hard to turn over with the plug out too.
