If anybody has ran both which handles better ? And does the 5t's body go on the dbl xxl ? Or is there a short course or beetle body
 
I was not impressed with my dbxl tbh..:(...in either 8s brushless form or running a fresh 29cc cy engine.:(...and it had plenty of upgrades which I stripped off before I sold it.

so I sold it to fund a 5ive.....which I`m glad I did.:)..much better platform and out the box there pretty mush sorted...:)..although they do need a few things but not as many as the db needed :rolleyes:..its now running a obr34v2 reed engine

Truck is so sick l just have to have fg hydraulic brakes which l coulda swore l read they did
I'm putting the 5th wheel package on the bug

Glad to see people are happier with their 5ivr-T. Just need good brakes and shocks. There’s a new company coming out, a spin-off of MIP, and they should answer my shock and brakes question.
