ok im nearly all the way there got a box from the courier today


the fuel cap rocks but........its to big for the standard hole in the body and ill have to cut

got my servos yay x2 845 x1 840


got my lipo

sweet as alloy throttle/brake servo horn

got a charger lipo bag and bits wiring. all i need now is a transmitter

ok so if i want to use the sexy fuel cap ill have to fill up the tank with the body off place the cap then put back the body which i don't mind coz
not racing

but hell that looks good

got out the alloy brace

put in my servos also added my rock Armor throttle brace

and the alloy servo horn

You got the other style servo case for the D840. You didnt have to trim anything in order to get that Rock Armour brace to fit.

what i noticed on the brace there are cutouts on the reverse side, so maybe its new design, i think it may have fitted anyway even wit the oter servo case?

@Gamefan i will as so as i get a transmitter that wil be the last piece of the puzzle

got bored so did a few little things her goes
the body was catching round the spark plug guard so trimed that a bit with the dremil
cut some extra vents extended the pull start

The cutouts on the brace were not enough. I still needed to trim the case.

What is this piece made from?

thats the outerwears pull-start cover so Velcro nighlone i guess.....what you thinking?

Looked like sometging else...wasnt sure.

i think its gonna melt coz the bart pipe is very close
