Looks like the Rovan shorty Q buggy. Seen videos on YouTube. With the short wheelbase the thing wheelies like crazy.

no thats based of a baja, the 1 phil is talking about is based of a losi 5t i think

Just checked and it's about 40mm shorter than a 5 B which probably means Rovan parts only

If it was Losi compatible it'd be on order

I think I saw a post some where on the forum with someone else that owns a 4X4 Rovan like the one you're asking about Phil .

Its a Rovan SLT360....based off the 5ive T.

I think they used to sell this as a conversion kit for 5ive T platform trucks...guess they went all out and made the whole thing available..as a rtr.

I just had a read and on that site it appears the only difference between it and a Losi is a shorter rear drive shaft.
I like the way the pipe exits at the rear rather than the side like Losi.
Back to pondering.

Oh I see it now

A friend has one, hasnt run it much. Another friend bought the pipe.for his losi 5ive B and was not happy with the performance.

never seen one ....... looks ok just not sure about that airfilter

TLR 5B looks sexier.

If you would do that, why not get the TLR 5B kit for $749 at Tower Hobbies. Save $150 on a better kit. Then you could put that money towards whatever engine you want in it.

Very true but by the time I buy a 5B and all of the parts required a 5B ends up costing about $3K down here

A 5B kit is $1700 down here plus all the extra bits (motor . radio etc)
