As what Doug said. Anyway , they offered me Chemo but the quality of life I have left would be crap so I'd rather do what I can whilst I can without laying in bed withering away each month.

I think thats a wise choice. 6 good months sounds much better than years of misery. My grandmother made the same choice. She was in her early 80's and told the doctors she'd prefer zero treatment, and just go home to enjoy what she had left. She didnt get very long, but it was quality time. She also didnt need to piss away everything she saved for her kids and grandkids just to be miserable till the end. I asked her close to the end if she regretted her choice. She said not even a little bit. Do what you think is best for you.

The doctors said it ould grant me an extra three months...Three months of what?? Lying there , weak, feeling sick and wasting away !..... NAW , not for me. I've always been active and I'll stay that way until the end.

Well, you seem to have a good attitude about it. Its good you're not sulking and full of self pity all day.

Its just not me Bangbang. I have never been full of self pity. If I have got a few months left then its better than a few weeks , thats the way I'm looking at it.
Anyway , I get free morphine ! Ooo , what a drug...:oops::LOL::LOL::LOL::rolleyes:

Hahaha. You my friend have a unique opportunity to become one of the few acceptable drug addicts, Enjoy it. I had Morphine drip for a few days after I got shot in Iraq. When the 10 min light lit up, you bet the button got mashed. I was upset when it got taken away. Tried to lie and say iy still hurt bad.? Be careful zipping around on the bikes?

I take my hat off to you sir ! One of the people who defend our countries.?. Yes , it is addictive but i hope I'm not addicted to it , I don't think so ......yet..:LOL::LOL::rolleyes:.

I never ride my bikes when I take that nor hours after it either. In the UK (not sure on the U.S) you can get done for drug driving as well.
I have had a clean driving licence for 36 years and I'll keep it that way.
