On Mike Taylor's last video he explains our clutching options. Hope this helps👍

The clutch mount for the crank will be for zen or Cy. What are you looking for in a clutch ? DDM offers FS racing 54mm full metal clutch w 8k spring,
https://www.davesmotors.com/FS-Racing-54mm-Full-Metal-Clutch-Shoes-w-8K-RPM-Spring
Or
Detroit Performance offers sintered steel with more sprng options
https://www.detroitperformancerc.com/product-page/fs-sintered-steel-54mm-clutch
Or
62mm option, vertigo housing and the Vertigo clutchbell and transmission
I'll be yanking the 80 from my Vekta and installing a 35 so I'll be doing this ☝️

I didn't want the metal clutch , I saw the clutch kit for the 54 mill , so gotta change everything to go with on the bigger clutch ? So I won't need this backing plate thing is on the VEKTA5 ?
if you'tr gonna go with a 54mm clutch and the stock vekta bell relic then the taylor 35 needs either this,

or this,

https://www.davesmotors.com/1140-55310-Zenoah-54mm-Clutch-Plate,

then the 54mm clutch of your choice likle this cy clutch, but you need the correct bolts and washers ,
cy clutch uses the 9mm bolts, washers and belville washers,

or cy high response clutch,

https://www.davesmotors.com/15448CYHighResponseClutchShoeSpringSet8K

cy clutch bolt and washer set,

https://www.davesmotors.com/CY-Complete-Clutch-Kit-Replacement-Hardware

or zenoah clutch that uses 8mm bolts, washers and belville washers,

zenoah clutch bolts and washer set,

not sure why you're against an all steel fs clutch or similar,
@DougStar swears by em and i'm in the process of swapping all my 54mm clutches over to fs steel ones as they wear out :)

Once the metal on metal starts to heat up to they start to mess up , fray n stuff , is what I was told by a guy that's sposed tono these things , I'll start with to he regular for first off , so this back plate is dependant on the engine shaft size nevermind I just watched the ddm clutch video , plate is decided by what clutch I get , and bolts and washers to match what ever clutch I choose ? Did I get that ? Kinda felt like I did , but I've been getting some wired feelings anyways soooooo ,,,,, ???
