I have removed Rounded hex screws as a last resort by hammering in the next size of torx bit and using socket to remove .
The torx bits bite into the stripped hex head and the shock of hammering them in helps too.

Been there and done that many times. Mini torch is great for heating for 30 seconds on anything with locktite.....

Hey, i just ran into that problem this morning, take a propane torch on the smallest setting and heat around the inside of the cover where the screws are , heat them for about 2 mins and then take your hex wrench and carefully back them out. Worked like a charm for me,...hope this helps! Good Luck.

I use a mini butane torch from harbor freight......gives a small pinpoint to large flame. Heat inside the hex for a 30 count, insert bit, give it a luv tap and they come right out. Any primal raminator guys no how to play this game!!!!
