Bartolone 32 pipe is the best pipe for the Losi 5ive-T. OBR would likely never recommend a pipe made by a competing engine builder. Not to say the Victory pipes aren't good, just that for the 5ive, the Bartolone pipe seems to draw out the most power, IMO. As for the sound, well...

Any steel screw going into plastic or aluminum should not need Loctite at all. Steel into steel, blue. The only place I use red (high temp) is for pipe header bolts.

The Modified RC center diff tower is an excellent aluminum upgrade. It uses bigger diff bearings and allows for heat dissipation through the chassis. Couple that with a vented clutch housing/carrier and a gear mesh plate. Rear hub carriers in aluminum are also a good upgrade.

If the stock servo was larger than the 5765, the next larger size is followed by Savox. I recommend the 0236 or 0241. They have the same specs, only the 0241 is waterproof.

What's your budget? Why only a 3-channel? You can pick up a quality used Futaba 4PL/4PLS for around $120-170 if you look hard enough. It will have every feature you're looking for and a known reliable platform. Plus, you can have a spare channel.
