it's not just the top end i am looking for....... i have a bit of a heavy trigger finger.. :) and tend to loss a lot of power when pulling away, so the different gears should help there. and yes running the 29cc, so have plenty of power..

hmmm, to put it basically, my wheels spin unless i really feather the throttle.... so was thinking i could try the gearing to help with that and maybe increase the top speed at the same time??

ok, i allready have a jetpro fitted.. :) basically my beetle is a 29cc, and tops out on gearing, so i want more. can i change the gearing instaed. also i have heard bad things from another forum from two different people saying that the 2 speed should not be used of road coz it strips...

are they anygood??

After consulting r.c demon at www.fgandbajaspares.co.uk i stripped engine found a ton of water in crank case, dried it out rebuilt and after several minutes pulling it sprang to life. All is well in the world of LMM RC

ok tim that sound possible. i am deffinately getting spark from the new plug. so how do i un-flood it?? would i still get spark if the killswitch was shorting out?

hiya, am new to petrol, but not new to rc..... you can usual find me @ another forum. anyways, i am having trouble starting my fg beetle. It was running fine and fast, last saturday whilst blasting accross the fields i failed to notice two large puddles.... ooppsss... all seemd fine at first...
