may be that your foams are to large which will cause your rings not to line up accordingly. You can always trim them with an exacto knife if that's the case

KM has come a long way with putting out better quality rigs at a great price. Materials are comparable to all the big name brands. I own both and can't tell the difference besides the KM stamp on most parts. Congrats on the rebuild. Have done it many times myself

Bearing may be shot, spacer not installed or not installed properly. Most causes are bearings. Pull out your manual or go online for exploded view and go from there. Is your 'C" clip on the end still intact ?

looks like I may be a little late but this may help someone else... Disable AVC completely by putting bind plug in bind port and another bind plug in "disable" port. Then re-bind with receiver. Make sure AVC is also set to inhibit on your transmitter. Aux channels will not work if AVC is active...

dremel cutter wheel and carefully cut head of screw so that you can make a groove to fit a flat head screwdriver in it. Other option is to drill out but that can create more damage if not careful
