Take the carburetor apart get you some carburetor cleaner from an auto parts store and clean as much of the inside as you can blow some air through all the holes check your fuel lines and your clunk for dirt 👍🏾

check your Ignition Coil (Aka spark plug cable )gap between your fly wheel if the gap is not right it will be hard to pull that means the little magnets are to close together there are magnets on the flywheel and on the bottom of the ignition coil and if they are touching or not properly space...

I would take my throttle servo horn off and let the servo set it self to center when you turn it on and then reattach the servo horn again if it is still giving you a problem then you need to go into your controller and make some adjustment to your end points it seams to me that your throttle...
