its not really ballooning I'm having an issue with,, just cant keep the tire locked into the beadlocks.

nice losi's. Im having trouble keeping tires on rims. running the uber spike tires and desporado wheels. even glued them in. seems these uber tires have smaller beadlock surface than stock tires even. what are you guys running? also esc seems glitchy, reverse didnt work now it works for some odd...

maybe locked rear diff?

I'm using a pair of venom 5000mah 35c and a pair of 5000mah 50c's both 4s. Seem like very high quality batteries. 1 already had a bad cell when new and venom sent a new one out no questions asked. I'm sticking with Venom.

you running in sand only? mine seems pretty stable, not really having too many issues with the buggy flipping. I have only broken a wing mount so far.

just think no more air filters, clutch bs, pull start issues. Lighter weight truck. no mixing fuel, buying 2t oil. don't need a battery for receiver/servo. don't need 2 servos either. there is so much room in this chassis I could place a small child inside.

80 minutes give or take to balance charge my 2 venom 4s 5000 mah batts. Haven't timed run times yet but I own 2 sets of venom 4s batteries, went to my spot at 6:15, and ran until it got dark. I will time them next time. batts are still new.

I love my xl-e. I must have driven the thing for and hour and a half and it got dark before anything broke. This never happened with my baja. Gas is now outdated I don't care what anyone says.

curious about this... do the dbxl and dbxl-e share the same shock setup out of the box? should I be running limiters on my dbxl-e? thnks
