Hey Gang, I was recently handed over an older FG Modellsport touring car that I would like to get back up and running, it has some history so I figured I would get it back to it's prime. I know it is an older model due to the crystal radio and SOLO engine, LOL. I've attached some pics...

5T. Can't speak to the MTXL other than it looks fun but the 5T does not disappoint.

It survives every landing, the track is set up for big air, the truck is probably 6 ft in the air but has a landing ramp, this is at Fear Farm in AZ.

Threw some Losi 5T shocks on it and it jumps pretty well, still breaks all the time though, LOL.

Well, it can... just might not land it ;-)

New turnbuckles that won't fit my 5T since I have the ADI rack on it, can't get ahold of customer service to return them, Asking $70 shipped, Paid $95, US only, OBO.

Yeah, there was a lot of wasted time with the stock shocks. My big problem now is the rear drive pin just won't stay in no matter how much Loctite I use. Wish the drives on this were like the 5T.

Just to follow up... wound up putting Losi FiveT front shocks all the way around... it's a completely different car now, jumps great. Messed with shock fluid weights and piston mods etc on the stock shocks, came to the conclusion they are junk.
