Sounds like you need to find someone near you that knows what they are doing on large scale and get them to teach you a few things. First thing I recommend is learn how to use spell check so we are able to understand you problems better.

If you use loctite make sure you use a high heat loctite as the way you get MOST loctite to let loose is to apply heat and I assure it gets hot at the exhaust port. I do not over size my holes if I do strip one I Helicoil it and puts it back to original size.

Best up grade would be get a HPI 5b or 5t.

If you have a air leak it will run lean as you are sucking more air and same amount of gas.
