u don't sound like a person who is clueless. that being said its probably safe to say that it may not be that simple.. sounds like u tested all the necessary. have you tried another coil yet?

Sometimes the coil kill side can go to crap.. Obviously check all connections, and disconnect the kill switch and jump that out. Those switches are crap 2

Boost bottles can work but need to be tuned , very hard to explain. Its all done by cc's and volume. Unless u have a dyno u will never get it perfect. Even when u do ,to the regular average joe the benefits of it are minimal. There is something called a juice box, those are easier to attach...

270's have more tq and rev slightly lower than the 260. Can u gear the vehicle? If so make the change there, that 270 has the power to pull more gearing

Theres no real easy way to check.. B4 u check there,go through the fuel system. U can start with the gas cap as mentioned, that is another way it will have those symptoms. There are other possible issues that could make it have an airleak if its not the seals which just requires a can of carb...

Crank bearings and seals or just seals possibly.. Could be a fuel delivery issue but id be willing to guess it has an airleak at the seals.. New engine time ☺

Our gas in the states has ethanol, the ethanol attracts water and it builds up in the gas can. When ingested by the engine it pushes away the oil and can cause piston to cylinder scoring and seizing . this water build up can happen as soon as 3 weeks.

When u say u have to run this out of the box,im assuming u mean it needs to stay stock, no mods? How much run time is on this engine ? Where are the needles currently set? Are you sure U are getting full throttle, have u checked ur fuel lines and fuel filter?

Those silver flimsy gaskets are junk, never liked them. I use copper with loctite 518 sealant especially on a 2 bolt. Pull that apart and inspect everything thoroughly
