    Whats still in production?

12 or so years ago the Anderson mx and venom mx Off-road 1/4 scale bikes were fairly easy to get hold of. Now I can’t see any out there besides cheep junk. Anyone purchased recently and know what’s good?

    Traxxas??? REALLY????????????

I am very tempted, as its easier to get an electric truck out for 5 mins run without bugging the neighbours than it is to have a quick run of a gasser.

    Traxxas??? REALLY????????????

I looked at uk prices and ?850 will get you a dual charger two 3s and the truck. I like the look of it a lot, great for plug and play and easier to maintain than a gasser. But yeah, I like the sound of a tuned pipe...

    Net profit exhaust bolts

Yep Spring washer (conical type) has fixed it. Must have been thermal expansion loosening them because there's no stench in such a short screw.

    Mystery Glitch Driving Me Crazy!

I made my own power bypass with a bunch of servo connectors I got off eBay, I didn't like the idea of 3 high power servos supping juice through the rx main circuit board. Now you mention regulators, I did run one for a while and found it caused glitching because it could not deliver the...

    Mystery Glitch Driving Me Crazy!

Sounds a bit like stray electrical noise is somehow getting into the servo through the linkage, alloy servo horn and gears. Is it a metal geared throttle servo? I don't have any solutions except switching the servo (something may be worn and touching the circuit board) or faffing about trying...

    Net profit exhaust bolts

Cheers dude, I'll have a rummage in the parts bin at work tomorrow. I think I need a conical spring washer there too so it doesn't work loose again when the engine is hot. Also just read the title of my post... Dumbass autocorrect!

    Net profit exhaust bolts

long story buy first bash in about 4 years and I have lost both bolts from the exhaust port. Can anyone tell me the thread size and bolt length so I can but a bag of spares? Engine is 23cc zennoah and exhaust is jet pro marder/Baja with silencer (flat plate type)

    wheeling

I changed the tyres to Mammoth studs and put a jet-pro on my 23cc FG Baja. If I get the engine to the bite point of the clutch and hold it for a few seconds to let the carb settle before nailing it, it will wheelie. I like how mine is set up, the power and grip is nicely balanced against...

spektrum dx3s total rubbish, cant 3rd channel brake mix grrrr

I have a dx3s and has same issue, you can mirror the brake on the aux channel but can not reverse it. I got lucky and found that savox and hitec servos are reverse to each other, so I can run both off the same y lead without a reverse.

Spectrum dx3s radio any good ?

I have it and it works well with a killer bee V1 killswitch (so long as you set it up right) I have had range issues, but when I looked into it the Tx batteries had dropped off. Whilst the batts still had plenty of juice to run teh Tx without setting off teh low battery alarm, it wasn't enough...

    fg baja or marder

well spoted, the petrol tank doesn't look FG to me either. Nothing wrong with a clone, but you'll do well to get better images of it before thinking of buying it.

    Exhaust Studs?

yep, just looked em up, http://www.davesmotors.com/s.nl/c.885035/n.1/it.A/id.7222/.f that's just some 10.9 threaded bar, and uses double nuts to lock it off. The reason that doesn't come undone is the double nuts and spring washer wich takes up the thermal expansion. There's still a risk...
