    Smoking servos

I mounted the MCD exhaust shield on my 5T and it helps a lot with heat reflection at that first exhaust bend

    Dead ESP G340 Ported Engine!?

Before you rebuild it and start it up make sure your crank seals are in good shape. Hade seals burn out (on the clutch side) from overheated clutches due to heavy wet sand on the tracks. Causing air leaks and engine knocking. Do you have small "potholes" on the top of the piston ?

    Motul micro 2T oil

If you are worried by buildup get a good racing 2T stroke oil but instead of poopy pump gas run it on 4 stroke alkylate fuel instead. That makes a real difference.

    Engine throwing flames

Nah, never had to lap any of my engines, just throw a sparse amount of 518 on there instead if its leaking and don't dissasemble until it's rebuild time

Tools - Allen / Hex questions

Are the lifetime guarante really for wear and tear damages? Sound a bit good to be true. Especially small hexes like 0,7 -> 2 mm should be replaced every now and then they tend to wear no matter what material they are made in. Though always go with higher quality brands I would say less risk of...

Those look really nice, prefer that over the jokerdesign stuff personally. Looks more like competetion cars.

Looking for a good 5th scale for racing

I would say like this. FG buggys, simple to work on (though they are tightly built) and they are really light. Losi 5b & 5t, wonderful offroad handling, spacious and easy to work on, on the heavy side (esp. the 5ive-T with stock body) MCD, Also wonderful off-road handling, advanced truck with...

Looking for a good 5th scale for racing

It handles poorly on the track from what I have seen, wobbling and bouncing around.

Looking for a good 5th scale for racing

I just have to say that if you are going into racing do NOT get a kracken or any car with a fixed back axle. You will thank me later.

My two Losi-5ive-Ts. OBR 30,5cc renovated and OBR 32cc new first break-in

Yeah my german isnt the best either ;) But I think it's only for the T since the B has vertically aligned servos instead of horizontal.

My two Losi-5ive-Ts. OBR 30,5cc renovated and OBR 32cc new first break-in

I am from Sweden so our weather is not much better. Probably wont be any issues during the fall and winter months but no races then either just bashing.

My two Losi-5ive-Ts. OBR 30,5cc renovated and OBR 32cc new first break-in

I am guessing you are referring to the heat-shields? I never had overheating issues with the cars before when bashing but recently started to race (me and my brother, bought the Losi with the yellow shock covers for him) and the 15 min heats proved difficult heat-wise during the summer. So on...

My two Losi-5ive-Ts. OBR 30,5cc renovated and OBR 32cc new first break-in

Just wanted to share our first run with the used OBR 30,5 engine I bought a while back. Was in a bad condition but now renovated with new piston and cylinder. Also first run and break-in of my OBR 32cc engine. Running really nice so far and sounds sweet. Short and pointless video but still...

    ignition coil tester

Maybe you want one but I never found one necessary. Just place the sparkplug to the cylinder-wall or exhaust and pull slowly on the starter? https://rc-car-online.de/en/products/y1430-y1430-spark-plug-tester-for-1-5-1-6-cars.html
