I used the Hitec 645MG for throttle/brake. You do not need an additional servo for the brakes.

hydros are in the 3-400 range. You can get front tuning brakes for $140 on ebay right now, they are usually $195 at most dealers. The regular front cable brakes (all plastic) are priced around $130. Don't know of any other brands that will work on FGs. Here is a link to the tuning brakes...

The front brakes are well worth it. If you put a pipe on your truck or anything else to increase the speed, the brakes are pretty much required to help stop the truck. Check ebay for some good deals on fg parts.
