no unfortunately not, it's a twin fibre disc set-up on the gear plate. I have tried adjusting but still not very good, to be honest nothing at all which makes running it not much fun as your always concerned if its going to stop in time for a corner or some other issue.

Anyone got any tips on how to get the best out of these ? mine just have no stopping power at all. someone must have come up with a decent mod Gazza

I'm really pls'd with them, gives the truck a different look and should cut the cost of tyres & rims in the long run. I have also done the rear axle mod not looking to do the fronts as yet.

Just seen this on ebay and wondered if it would fit an FG marder, for this price it would be silly to let it go if it will fit...

I had one of the thin metal connections break on one of my bty's, had to strip all the outer covering to find it but once it was soldered over with a piece of copper wire now works a treat. before you dump it and buy new strip it down and check.

yer, I'm happy to strip the gear if it saves an expensive diff rebuild, I have a steel on the clutch bell but as you say you need a weak point.

Well first run out today with the adapters and full set of dirtbuster, It went well till i stripped a gear :( What I did notice was the increased grip up front on cornering and more traction at the back, I had to be very gentle cornering or the thing was up on 2 wheels and over may...

I have the torque and am very happy with it, awesome sound and a great power improvement. some fitting issues but easy overcome

You could be right in being cautions, not sure I would buy given the details you have stated.
