This Is something I tried last year and use with an open centre diff, all parts were hand made and work very well!

I used to break front diff gears and many broken pins but using I centre diff stopped that from happening.

So a year or so later it's time to do it again but better! Milling machine bought for the work and a new limited slip centre diff for the V4.

Alloy is 6082 T651 5mm for the chassis and 4 for brake and servo trays

This is the chassis before and after milling

I'm going to be using four servos this time so the original radio box has gone!
Assembly time...
