Hi all, this is a pair of videos showing my 6WD/6WS Raminator based truck "Mostly Harmless" just drivig around. First is a view from onboard the truck, and the other is from a drone that my friend shot.

Originally I was sort of meh about this wide open space that lacked any real obstacles or reference points, but it has turned into a really relaxing place to just cruise around in and be a target for my friend's drone. I have a thread in the build logs here https://www.largescaleforums.com/threads/potatocats-6wd-6ws-e-raminator.28120/ that deep dives how everything went during the initial build up but here are some basic specs:
  • 66" long, 32" wide
  • 182 lbs full load
  • Motor: single 120070 outrunner, rewound, with a theoretical maximum of 12.8KW
  • ESC: Hobbywing Max4
  • Batteries: 8S, 20AH or 30AH modules, using 4S 10AH or 4S 15AH packs.
  • Top speed: Big slow and steady - around 22MPH on 8S, and 28MPH on 12S. I don't drive 12S anymore because the ESC gets a bit unstable over time.
Thanks for reading!
