Did a little more today.. I took off all of the old running gear and replacing with a stinger/surface drive and offset rudder over the strut setup. I plan on filling all of the holes on the transom and drilling new holes for the new stuffing tube and stinger/rudder. I also removed the old stuffing tube and epoxy from the bottom of the hull and will be sealing that up tomorrow. And also gave the top of the boat above the waterline a base scuffing along with a semi final shaping of the nose

Did some filler work and started to prime the boat. I was worried about the nose not fitting the boats profile but I think it looks pretty good

Its ok Z when I was a kid like 5 my mom worked on a horse farm so we had pony rides at my birthday and I think a few years younger I had barney at my birthday ....thanks mom
