look awesome how much bigger are they then a regular beetle body ?
im guessing all fibre glass right, doubt it there very strong!

I'd love a Volvo 242GT shell myself. There's quite a few 242's and 244/5's out there that are in the 300 and 400+ HP club running B230FT Volvo motors, nevermind small blocks. Volvo's are the ultimate sleeper in my mind (I have a 244 in the garage that is currently getting an M47 standard swap and will be getting +T treatment in the near future).

In short, if anyone knows of a Volvo body, drop me a line please.

It's too long and square, even for a MkII - I stick with my 144/244 Volvo guess.
Something about the Ford MkII's everywhere that I liked;
Escort 'flat front' - Excellent.
Capri (2.8i of course - had one!!).
Cortina, as mentioned - 1600E and Lotus.

Here's the OTHER Mk.II Ford I 80% bought, and rode in, but never fully purchased, as the company stopped paying me!! Long story and not my fault!!
It's a GT40 Mk.II Replica. I had it painted in Gulf colours. Basic 5-litre Ford 'crate engine with 350 bhp as it was bound for Congo ....
It was sold on to some other lucky dude and I was paid the agreed balance. Lost quite a bit on that unfortunately without any benefit. Shame.
Didn't even have any door locks!!
