Alloy diff outdrives wobbling, new small bearings or bushes???

Hi there. I have the alloy diff on my monster. Just the case, not limited slip, just normal internals. I have found that after removing my dogbones that the outdrives , or output shafts have movement up and down etc. Seems as though the bushings are worn???? Is this unusual. Do i need to upgrade to some needle roller bearings or just new bushings. I do run it in dusty condtions so wonder if dirt, sand etc has chewed them up

Any sujjustions please;)

I've just had the same drama with an elcon diff in my mt.Lucky i pulled it to bits because the roller bearings were starting to work thier way into the gears. There was one bearing out of three that was still in tacked.Hunted some new bearings and waiting for them to show up.So i would be having a look before it ends up costing more than just bearings.
