Alternative MT tires?

Will they fit a standard MT rim?
(I don't have any MT rim to measure)

I would be very curious to see what quality the rubber on these tires is, because that price is a pretty good bargin. I emailed the seller, but he didn't reply with any useful information about the rubber compound.
 
I emailed the seller back in April to find out what and where they came from. He said they came out a factory as overstock from Taiwan. I replied back to find out if they were in fact for an FG vehicle as HE advertised and didn't get a response. Also, I just measured my wheel and the 4 3/8 measurement is correct.

Has anybody bought and tried a set?????
 
The rubber is soft and i think they will wear down faster than original tires from FG.

I will use the foam that came with the tires.
