alternative,s to shock oil

I'm sure I'd read that the Baja shock oil is different to (Nitro car) silicon shock oil ??????????????

yea i got told hpi oil aint the same as silicone oil, but i,ve heard of people using motorcycle fork oil, and such like, ????

the HPI oils are basically fork oil for MX/Quads. i use a varrience from 5w to 40w fork oil. think im going to try some of the heavier rear shock oils available too. sometimes 40w still feels thin on my 35 pound rig.

I use hydraulic oil for tractors & trucks....25w I think...

Change pistons for different damping.
