Good Morning/Evening all

Has any one had experience fitting a Alx 96cc in a taylor Outlaw.
Ive got the engine and gearbox mounted in but the alx gear plate won't fit as it seems the engine and gearbox are too close together, I also tried the gears they sent me and they are to big to mesh together.
Any help/ideas would be massively appreciated.

Other than slotting the chassis or finding a gear set that can fit, hmmmm..... by changing gears and coming up with the desired ratio. Are you using the losi style chassis inserts? I personally use fonzie mounts which are adjustable. Maybe take a Pic of bottom of chassis with one mount off to show space. I don't have a hybrid and not sure how engine mounts on one. If it's like a baja chassis you might have to just slot it......

Yeah I think slotting the chassis and making new braces is whats going to have to happen. Unfortunately it doesn't have slots like a losi it mounts up just like a baja.
