So since the weekend I am a pround owner of a XR5, FT-R but with some upgrades, 2 bodies in relative good condition and 2 boxes of tires (arround 9 sets, 2 brand new). The guy used to race it, so there will be need of some part replacement....I started disassembling and just stuned by the options you have for adjustments and how well the parts are thought. So if you make a comparision between MCD and my 5T, the first been the scalpel and the second one more like butcher knife. Its get the job done, just by sheer brutal force....For now I will run it stock 32 and baracuda, for later I want to convert it to XS and electric with valkyre body....

So the journey begins... I noticed, that the car was fitted only with a spool. Since I don't do races, for general parklot basching and a little grass and dirt (so basicaly rally), what will be the wisest way to go- for lim. slip diff or x-snap gear?
