Haven’t been around the forums for a couple of years, but I recently picked up another brand new 5ive-B kit and started buying all the usual stuff from DDM, Taylor, Detroit, etc.
I purchased the G340RC Upgrade Kit from DDM, and after couple of days, I noticed they’re no longer using ESP for the top-end kit and are now using Bartolone.
To be honest, I’ve never been a big fan of Bartolone products, while I’ve had nothing but great experiences with ESP over the years. So I’m trying to get some honest feedback from people who have actually run both.
How does the Bartolone G340RC top end compare to the ESP G340RC top end in terms of porting, power, reliability, and overall quality?
I can always return the DDM kit and buy the components separately if the ESP setup is still the better choice. I’m not looking for brand loyalty just interested in some real world feedback from people who have actually used both.
