Is the Speed-Tec Zenoah motors that rc-cars-online advertise any good?? Does anyone know what kind of horsepower they put out?? Max rpms??

Few things, and not helpful but a few ideas:
I've never heard of them either - I presume you haven't.
It's always better when you see a recognised name - something of known quality.
3. I'm fairly certain Hobbythek / FG wouldn't sell something of sub-standard / dubious quality without having tested it themselves - I've used them for years.
I would propose you ask the same sorts of questions directly to them - their Customer Service is superb!!
ALWAYS very helpful, and have often called me, in UK when they weren't certain of one of my purchase 'lists'.
