Baja 5t throttle assembly

To keep it short mine clogged and had to order a new one and it came like this..how do I reattach it to the carb?I know missing in pic piece to carb,but I have it ...But I can't figure out how to I guess snap it down..

Put the carb arm back on with the screw it came with, turn the rod 180 degrees so it pushes onto carb arm hole and fit clip with half on each side of carb arm with rod through middle and clip it to rod , done.

I think I get it but what/how do I clip the metal onto the plastic thing
