I'm thinking what tires to buy for winter racing for my MCD v4. The track is snow, crumpled snow and ice. So i have few variants

This is the same tires but HD compound. HD compound or S compound means the stiffness of the inner foam or the stiffness of the tire ?

And two GRP wheels

I think BULDOG wheels can be good on this type of the track.

I'm searching for the variants, because i tried MCD block & micro stud white sport, micro stud ultra grip and they have much less traction, than the 1 variant (HPI dirt buster s compound (4 rear wheels)) on snow, crumpled snow, ice
May be block stud ultra grip tires will be good ?

For the Spring, Summer, Autumn micro stud ultra grip are definitely one of the best... but not for winter...

And the wheels must be at least 160mm, because i need good ground clearance

So what do you think about this ? Any good variants, please ?

Thanks
Max

see if hostile mxt's front all back for the baja would be the right size on all 4, then put screw studds in them , will work way better than what you are posting....

Thanks, guys, really nice ideas here. But i need wheels to race on competitions.
