Really wanted the rcmaxx losi front aluminum bulk head but not in the budget right now. Will be ordering the diff locker and gear plate this weekend and see if I can get the rear end together.

It not to expensive of a build if you go with more plastic Baja parts and stock aluminum parts. Stock tranny and a decent motor. Especially if you have a Baja to tear down. Going to set it up with the Obr 34 reed and save up for my big bore.

I have a buddy that has a small bore in a hybrid and it rips.

That’s plan for now tell I get that 40gt then throw the 34 in my baja

Can’t imagine it can be that much heavier than the baja if they both had all stock parts. The blackbone stuff definitely adds weight

I think I will end up less than a 1200 out of pocket. The price especially if I decide to keep arms plastic. I did save money my Obr was bought with old rc parts and so were some of my upgrades. My chassie was bought with a hpi rs4 sport that I won. Everything else out of pocket the next big cost will be drive shaft diff locker and steering servo and wheels.

Baja hinge pins for rear do I need to buy Rovan or king motor are they the same. I don’t see hpi ones anywhere?

They are the same, but I'd buy kraken ones cuz the stock ones have the dumbass e clip design.

Ok, they look like a good upgrade put them in my cart for now. Hopefully they will pop up DDM deal for the day before I’m ready for them
