Carbon fiber baja panel question .

Good evening. I’m thinking of purchasing these panels for my Hpi baja 5b . I wanted to know if anyone purchased them and are they any good . The regular panels tear after a while . I need strong panels for bashing .

Carbon will never be good for a basher body. That is street body IMO.

For "Bashing" best bang for your buck is the stock body reinforced with shoe goo / drywall tape. Long ago when a body was nearly trashed i would buy a new one and epoxy the two together making it nearly indestructible like the ones offered today. Heavier but "Bashing" has no real concern for additional weight here and there.

As above poster mentioned, stay well away from Carbon body for bashing, it wont last 5min!
