Can I use the normal carburetor cleaner liquids or are there any special sprays cans for 2 Stroke RC car engines

No not recommended as you'll destroy any oil seals, orings and gaskets

You can if doing a carb rebuild. if doing to just clean it, you run a slight risk of degrading the rubber of the orings. I have never seen it happen, but there is the risk. I use electrical contact cleaner it clean my motor and carb off after a hard weekend bashing.

He was referring to the motor and not a carbie rebuild and would be better off using a engine degreaser or heavy duty engine detergent to clean a motor
