Hi can any body clue me in to how tight/loose my center differential should be?

It feels like a clutch the tighter the 4 screws the harder the split is between output shafts.

Do I want it super tight( like my woman mate)
or a little loose? (Like my x girlfriend)

Thanks

If it is a slipper you want it to be able to slip just a bit. It's there to protect the motor and drivetrain in case of a bad bind. So a nice in between lol.
Edit. It looks like an adjustable diff see pic.

It's not a slipper clutch though, it's just a standard differential with some weird slippage thing in it. I'd take it apart and rebuild then tighten the screws equally.

Thanks u all All the diffs have that thing if this unit I’m gonna check the front and rear and see how much force they take to turn opposite and wing it literally I’m thinking tighter if someone else out there shells the center diff maybe they will come across this and check opposing forces before rebuilding I know I’m going too on the front and rear diffs when then go out....
