Just got my truck and was wondering if anyone could help me with adjusting the clutch since I replaced my spur gear and pinion gear?

Only adjustment on a stock clutch is to replace the spring to allow the clutch to engage sooner or later. Is that what you meant?

What I did was, I had to replace the spur and pinion gear on my truck. When I took out the rear portion of the truck to put the gears in I think that I may have taken out the wrong hex screw in the clutch bell. I may not have the correct terminology so I may have to take a pick to show ya.

Are you using Elcon clutch???????

Well, I am not sure as to the vendor that manufactured the part, because it was already in the truck when I got it. It was working until I took everything off the truck. The truck has only been run 2 times since I have had it and it has been about 6 to 8 months.

If your clutch is like this - http://www.davesmotors.com/store/product1062.html - Then its the stock clutch. What is it not doing?:helpsmilie: If you only replaced the spur and the pinion then there is no hex screw on the outside of the bell that i know of that would cause the MT to not work. You may have spun the pinion or spur grubs that hold it in place. If the MT is not moving, start it and hold it down on the ground to see what is not spinning or moving, this will give you a better idea of what is not right.:)
The metal spur most of the time will be skinnier then the stock fat plastic one. If you are trying to get it to center more they sell shims to add to the bell shaft behind the pinion to center it more on the spur.

When I start the truck, there is no movement from the gears at all. It just sits there. The motor is running but when I rev it up it just sits there. So I was thinking that I may have done something when taking it apart.
