i reckon you got yourself a fuel deprived engine there man,i would richen your low speed needle by 1/4 turn and run it for a bit and see how it goes,do this when your engine is hot and preferably after a run when cylinder is reasonably dry. then start to lean in 1/8th incremints untill you find your sweet spot on the motors running.
you see the higher and colder the altitude/weather the thinner the air is,thinner air means the need to compensate with more fuel to provite adiquate running.
