Make sure you loctite your set screws on the drive shafts and you might want to do the gas tank mod before you even put gas in it.
Oh brother....
"Gas tank mod"? I can only guess what that could mean! Thanks for the info about the locktite. I'll do that!

For sure on the locktite , mine loosened up too.

Hey FLH003 , what is the gas tank mod? Not sure I knew there is one.
I did have a defective tank from LOSI right out of the box , I contacted Losi and they sent me a replacement with no questions asked.
I assume one of the seems "unwelded" it self and leaked?

There both v1 K&N is petrol obviously 😂 running a 34cc obr reed engine with lots of alloy hop ups . The red bull is almost original bar a few alloy hop ups and large motor fans

Thx! I just drove it for the first time and loved it.... But the weak brakes are dangerous imo
I highly recommend the FID center diff support with the upgraded calipers, mine will almost flip over on its nose now .The calipers look like something that comes on the Lamborghini, lol. Bigger discs too.

I got mine doing a little dance

Amazingly no damage from that, but crashed it worse later on out of shot and broke a few bits

Guys, I want to show off my build before it's full of dirt and get feedback :D it's my dream 1/5 gasser look — the thing is awesome! It's DBXL 2.0 with Taylor 35 with wrapped(to not melt the body ) VRC pipe, grafil body (for v1) with a custom "roll cage", some customized electronics for long distance, and lots of things I don't remember anymore. It's a lot lower than with the original body, breathes amazingly well, and roll cage does good job protecting the engine head and adding a bit of stiffness (here's the cad if you want to build something like it).
