Hey guys, I'm in the market for a used FG EVO but don't know much about the changes done yr to yr. Trying to decide which yr would give the most value and how much I should be expecting to pay. For example I had my eye on a very clean 04 with no body. Seller wants $1000 which sounds a bit rich for a 12yr old car clean or not, no? Any feedback is appreciated thanks.

So what would you value a clean 04 and 07 at? I also know someone selling a barely used evo10, haven't spoken to him about price but he promises me a real good deal. What would be a good price on that as well, I was thinking no more then $1500. Thanks for the help!

$1500 for a barely used Evo10 sounds reasonable, but can't be certian without seeing pics and what included in the kit.
 
If it were me personally, I'd get an evo 10 over an 04. And yes $1500 would be absolutely max on a good clean used car. I've got the 2020 in the line behind a couple of cars to build. Very nice work was put into it. So to me evos are good quality.
 
I think that's the route I'm gonna go, though I woulda taken that 04 that's on fleabay. I offered the guy $550 and even got outbid to $770 or something but seller says he won't take less the 1k. Car was relisted. $600 car no?
 
Well I guess the 10 it is. Gonna try and get together with the guy next week. I will post back when I get some details. I already know he's got a brand new OBR in there so let's see if he is even willing to deal.
