On the plus side, that servo link has the two set screws in the base. So you shouldn't have to worry about it popping off once they are tight.

Another option is the fasteddy battery box eliminator the steering servo sits further back with that and it looks cool imo oh and you will also need the rx box adapter, traxxas rx box and t/b servo mount ?

Thanks for the help guys. I think I'm gonna mess with the horn a little bit 1st then if that doesn't work I'll go with swapping out the servo.

Got some more wrench time in. This thing is a monster? and its getting real close.
IRC shocks on with 45wt on all corners.

Swapped out the silver for red springs. @John Parks is right. They are a little too stiff so I ordered the black ones.

I thought I had the t/b linkage but I bought just a throttle rod ??‍ Still gotta fix the steering, ordered some swingy p limiting straps and billet BRP compression plates(thought I had a set), and mount the pipe. May have to swap out the coil. I have a bebop wheelie bar.
