damage?

I have damage And I need help if you can fix it see picture below
*where the purple mark the part are Fell
I screwed it back but it seems fuel comes around what to do?
**the second problem are
the part are crack can(You can see the finger)i can glue it?

it can be fixxed that part but the cost is @half of a new carb and to be honest as i can with you that carb is a micky mouse clone of a walbro and i have found from trying one in the past there not that great and don't tune that well,,,get yourself a genuine walbro mate theres loads of choice the best is a wt990 or wt771 both are dechoked or if you need a choke then get a wt668 or wt603
