My servo failed after the first few hours of use and after installing the new one, it turns further to the left then it does to the right. I did the calibration to reach the endpoints of steering, and it does go perfectly straight with my hand off the wheel. I lined up the steering arms so that they look perfectly straight. I saw a video that said I should turn on the car with the new server plugged in so I can reach the neutral point before I put on the steering arm. Please help.
 
Sounds like you installed and centered it correctly.

Did you center any trim that you may had added to the other servo before installing arm and also check your left and right endpoints?

I suspect after checking these items you will have full left and right steering.
